Kanveice is a team player on our unit; she is always willing to go that extra mile in assisting fellow staff members in emergency situations. She lends her wealth of knowledge to new staff members and takes them under her experienced nursing wing to allow them to grow in the profession.
Recently, we had an emergency situation in the unit. Kanveice stood by my side to assist, took over the care of my other three couplets while also caring for her own patient load. Her assistance allowed the unit to run smoothly and provide safe care for our patients. Kanveice is a true role model for the nursing profession.
