Kao Nu Her, RN

Kao Nu on PCU2 initially was assigned to my case in the capacity of CNA/Tech. She came in, introduced herself professionally, and proceeded to conduct her duties, checking vitals. Every instance that I needed her, she was available. I came into the emergency room having been in my house, unable to move. I came to the hospital with limited mobility. Kau Nu was the first staff member to offer/encourage me to shower. She set everything up, assisted me into the shower, and stayed with me until I was finished. She was extremely professional and did not make me feel uncomfortable. In mid-March, Kao Nu assumed the role of the registered nurse on my case and carried out her responsibilities accordingly. Kao Nu has made my stay here as a patient bearable. I had a number of nurses caring for me, and she has topped the list and is deserving of a DAISY Award. She has extensive clinical knowledge, a great bedside manner, and overall cares for her patients. I seriously felt so much better because she was caring for me.
