I was very concerned for my health; doctors did multiple tests and took days to get a diagnosis. Kara helped me get my chart on my phone to get the results of the testing quickly. I have three young kids at home, ages 4, 2, and one month. I was feeling defeated with breastfeeding/pumping. Kara gave me a number for a lactation expert and was very encouraging to me. She was always friendly and in a good mood.
