While Kara provided care for my loved one, she showed them and all our family respect and compassion. Kara connected with our loved one and made sure all their needs and questions were met. She also listened to our concerns and respected our wishes. She explained all the processes and procedures in a manner that the family could understand. She treated our loved one as one of her family. Kara also advocated for us and when it was time, made sure all arrangements were completed.

During our loved one’s time in the hospital, Kara made sure she checked with the family members to meet our needs as well. She is amazing and she made a difference in helping us navigate a difficult experience! Thank you
