Kara is an awesome nurse who stops at nothing to provide each of her patients with the best possible care. She has also been a resource to many of her cohorts when needed. Recently, a terminal infant was alone in his room and Kara was kind enough to hold and soothe him. She is already the epitome of an awesome nurse, but that night was above and beyond the call of duty. I'm quite sure she comforted that baby so much more than allowing him to suffer in his crib by himself. Kara exudes nursing excellence!
