One time, we came at night because my child was really sick and we already decided to admit her however the insurance company rejected my child’s case. They made another medical report for approval and we also decided to go home while we are waiting for it. The next morning, my child’s condition had become sicker then my husband called the hospital it was nurse Kara who answered the phone in ER, and she asked how is my child. We told her my child's status, and she responded by advising us, while we are waiting for the approval we can stay in the hospital so they can monitor my child’s condition. I am really thankful to her because she represented herself to be our minds and heart to weigh which is better to understand first, money or life? She’s sincere, she always asks us what else we need while we are in ER, she wasn’t my child’s nurse at that time but she always comes to us and asked us how are we and my son. And that’s so thoughtful of her.

You are the best Nurse Kara! I hope God will bless you more. And because of you, my perspective on nurses has changed.
