A maintenance man came and said maintenance had been ordered for my room. He was accidentally confused as to the floor, had moved my food tray, and had forgotten to move it back. Kara apologized for something that wasn’t her fault and proceeded to clean my whole room and replace everything. She asked me if I needed anything else, such as a toothbrush, and returned quickly. She also came back when I had an accident and cleaned me up. She was so kind and caring, and she was a true professional. I want to give her an award for being so gentle and kind when doing my vitals and helping me tie my gown. She even helped brace me when walking me around.
