I came to this hospital beaten, tattered, torn and scared. Through Kara's unreal stamina and professional ability, through her nursing skills, and her kindness; she goes above and beyond the call of duty.
I recently separated from my wife and became homeless for the first time in my life; the streets have been hard on me. Kara worked on me medically, physically and emotionally. Kara has given me a new outlook on life; I have gotten some self esteem, pride and dignity back. This is all due to Kara's unwavering, relentless call to duty in my situation.
Little things, like caring if I slept, caring if I ate and caring about my pain levels. I am from Florida, where I had a life threatening injury. Of all the care I have received, Kara's was the Best!
You folks are very fortunate to have a caring, kind, wonderful and compassionate human being such as Kara Sparks on your staff. I'm the lucky one too; Kara very well may have saved my life. I am a trustee at my church back home, and I tell you Kara 100% has the healing touch.
