My family and I would like to acknowledge Kara Sypolt for being so patient at the end of her shift. She came in and explained what treatment and tests my grandmother received while we were not present. She was very educated and explained everything very thorough and showed empathy. Although we know she worked a 12-hour shift she did not once show urgency to leave. She spoke with a smile. Thank you for being so caring.
