Kara called me and personally scheduled my COVID Vaccine. Kara was very nice on the phone and gave me all the information I needed. The day I had my COVID vaccine, all of the OSF staff was friendly and very efficient. I have no negative concerns regarding my 1st vaccine, and I am not concerned or anxious about receiving my second vaccine. I have been told that Kara was very much involved with staffing the vaccine clinic and continues to work to make the clinic efficient and patient-friendly. Thank you, Kara.
