Kara Veith, RN
For the past several years, I have been hospitalized services times at Saint Luke’s on the Plaza.
From the previous encounters with Kara, I knew when Kara’s shift began, I felt more relaxed and at ease. I knew if she worked that day, I would have the best care possible. If I had been taken away for a procedure, I knew my family would be taken care of they would continue to receive updates related to my care.
When it became closer to discharge, Kara spent a lot of time training and educating me and my wife related to Home Care. Her style and presentation were great. She was detailed and patient as we learned what was needed. Kara stayed over an hour past her clock-out time to ensure my wife had everything needed before being discharged.
I am lucky to have her as a Nurse and know she will touch many lives for many years in the future. Thanks, Kara!!
