Kareem is an outstanding charge nurse. I often witness him going the extra mile to help out his staff. He was still at work an hour past his shift's end. I had what I thought would be a quick question for him that turned into a larger deal. He stayed to help me and did not once complain. He's the type of person who would turn around and do it again tomorrow if I needed him to. He goes above and beyond to make the shifts better for those who are working with him.
