I went to the hospital for heart-related reasons. My wife and I met Mrs. Keane and she proceeded to introduce herself and her assistant. She went on to explain everything that was going on with me and as we talked she began to make us feel very easy about what was happening to the extent that Karen became more like a friend just doing her job. As the day went on, she was laughing, telling jokes, and making us feel like she was part of our family. Her professional care was only exceeded by her warm caring attitude which we feel is so very, very important at a time like this. Karen we feel possesses traits and knowledge and care that should be taught to younger nurses coming into the profession. We believe her assistant was a beneficiary of the experience. Karen should be leading the training of your staff. She is without a doubt the best nurse we have ever had the experience of working with. What a truly gifted lady you have working for you.
