I would like to give my most sincere thanks to Karen for all the care and attention she gave me while I was in her care. I know how stressful it must be to take care of ill patients. It is also very stressful for the patient and their family. However, your calm and helpful manner put me at ease. You took the time to understand my case on a personal level instead of just reading what the computer said. You investigated my pain issues and helped medevelopa schedule to best achieve a less painful day for me.
Also, in the 6 days that I have been a patient here, you are theonlynursewho anticipated when I would need medication. I never had to press the nurse button because you always checked in on your patients.
I could continue on with so many more positive things to say about you but the biggest thing I would like to say is thank you. Thank you for breaking the mold. You are truly a one of a kind nurse who has notforgottenthat no matter what, your positive attitude lifts yourpatients'spirits.
