My two baby brothers are in the NICU unit and before they were delivered I met Karen at the hospital, she was cheery and nothing but smiles. She cracked jokes and made our family comfortable at such a scary moment. From then on, she has been caring for my brothers and they are doing so well. I appreciate Karen, thanks so much!

Karen was very professional, comforting and very trustworthy enough for me not to be worried about her transporting my 2-hour old twin boys. She continues to check on the boys and never leaves the room until she gives my mother and me a big warm hug.
