My 11-year-old son was admitted to the pediatric ward for a tonsillectomy surgery and he was afraid of the needle injection. He was hard for me to control.
Nurse Karen sat with him and explained the procedure to him in a very nice, easy, compassionate, and professional way. This helped him prepare for the injection and the procedure.
I like the way in which she cared for my son.
