Karen went above and beyond - she found out I didn't have cell service and her and Anna went to the team manager and got me moved to a room with cell service so my family including my significant other, who could not be here, could get a hold of me. Karen fixed every problem I had and turned my whole experience around into a positive one, she was an amazing nurse, especially during my labor.
