Karen is one of the most hardworking nurses I know. She is caring, but also assertive when she needs to be. She spends a lot of time with her patients and is very therapeutic. Karen always knows the right thing to say to comfort patients and help calm them down. She shows great leadership and is always a team player. Every day Karen comes in in a good mood and has a positive attitude. No matter what obstacles we face through our shift, she is always there to help and get everyone through it.
