Karen goes above and beyond to help us every day. She always has an answer, always tries to find a solution, and always makes sure we have what we need, and if we don’t, we can count on her to get it for us as quickly as possible. Karen deals with a million things at once and still manages also to be so thoughtful. She shows appreciation to staff by way of sending grateful messages or leaving us candies/treats on our desks. She is someone I admire and look up to, and I am so thankful to be able to work with her. We are all so lucky to have Karen in our workplace. In addition to all of this, she advocates for staff and makes us feel understood and heard. She does not hesitate to stand up and advocate for what is right. She is an amazing teacher.
