I had the pleasure of being pod mates with Karen 2 days in a row. As a travel RN, I felt extremely welcomed! Karen was outstanding in helping me navigate through my two shifts! Karen helped me out every single minute of our shift. She always had a kind word to say. Karen is very knowledgeable and helped with any and all tasks I needed to perform. Karen made me feel at home on a unit I was floating on. Karen is a valuable asset to this team and Children’s Memorial Hermann. Karen 100% deserves a DAISY Award!
