Karen was the primary hospice nurse for her patient. Karen took time to understand the unique situation her patient was in and adjusted accordingly. She never rushed, taking time to answer all our questions as well as those we didn't ask. She stayed on top of things and anticipated our needs. After a rough intake process, Karen was able to make our overall hospice experience pleasant.
