Karen Carter, RN

Karen was my mom's nurse for a routine surgery. She was so kind and really went the extra mile to ensure my mother's comfort, as well as my brother and I. She was sweet, personable, patient, and took her time in explaining every single thing that she was doing to and for my mother. My brother had questions, and she shared her knowledge so kindly and willingly. She kept us informed throughout the whole process. Even when I had to leave the hospital for a short time, she called and gave me updates. I felt comfortable leaving because I knew my loved one was in good hands. Karen truly set an awesome example of just how impactful an awesome nurse can be, even during a routine procedure.
