Karen really listens when I answer her questions before my infusion. When I felt like I was having an issue with my heart, she called my primary care doctor and made an appt to get it checked out. She saved me from possible serious complications. I was in a lot of pain last time I went in for my infusion and Karen contacted my doctor's nurse and pursued getting me help before I left. In my opinion, Karen goes above and beyond to care for her patients. I think she is an excellent nurse and provides exemplary care for her patients. Karen is the best!
