I would like to please let you know that it was a pleasure working with many of the staff who assisted me at the beginning of my cancer journey...I would like to especially thank Karen, who was absolutely phenomenal in caring for me during my stay. She always went above and beyond, being so supportive no matter what was happening. I wish there were enough words to describe how much easier Karen made this situation and diagnosis, always answering questions and making me feel human and important, and guiding me through all the unknowns and tough stuff...I just wanted to remind you that she is a blessing for this hospital and a superhero to her patients, whom I believe may be lost without such a caring person and nurse to walk with them on this strange and hard journey...Please show her that she makes a difference and is a huge part of why this oncology department is so successful! Thank you, Karen...you are a beautiful soul.
