In a difficult time where I knew my grandmother was going to pass away, Karen was there and gave us comfort with her level of concern and attention. Her dedication to my family was just as much healing to us as it was to my grandmother who passed away pain-free. Even when she wasn't assigned to my grandmother, she always took a few minutes to check on us. Karen made our sad reality less of a hardship. Her presence will always be remembered.
