She has been an amazing nurse. I was so scared for the biopsy to be done to me but she was there to hold my hand even if I squeezed her hand she was still so kind and smiling. She is a star and deserves this award. I hope there will be more nurses like her. Thank you so much, Karen.

Always willing to go above and beyond her way to help for patient satisfaction. Karen would always pop in regularly and greet us with a smile. She has a great deal of humanitarian display and is an asset wherever she works. It was after my breast consultation and I was about to have my ultrasound done. Karen the nurse who assisted me was very lovely and kind. When the doctor came she was there to chaperone. The doctor said I needed a biopsy and she was there to calm my nerves. When we finished the biopsy, she was very informative about the aftercare. She was so professional and I couldn't be more thankful that she was there. Nurses like her are hard to find.

Karen was the nurse who assisted me when I had 3 scans to be done. I was so happy and privileged to have a very pleasant experience while she assisted me. And today, I saw her again when I had my pelvic scan which is so nice because she welcomes everyone with a smile. A very pleasant personality. I will never forget her because when she asked me about my birthday, she told me that her son and I have the same day of birth. She is an outstanding nurse, I really felt her compassion and care for her patients.

Karen was so lovely, she made a nice smile greeting me. She even apologised because they were a bit late, I think they had loads of patients but it was fine. I didn't actually wait long. Very professional and it felt like she is welcoming everyone warmly.
