Describing one thing would be unfair. Since day one of working with Karen, she has always had a positive attitude about working. She is always willing to help no matter if the patient is hers or not. She always asks is everybody okay and is there anything she can help with. Patients have asked me if she is working because they want her back. As a nurse, no matter how busy we are, she never tells her techs she can't do it because she's busy. She always makes time to help everyone and to get her job done. She is awesome!
