Karen Harrison demonstrates integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect, and excellence but more importantly, she has great patience, empathy, kind words when I'm venting to her due to stress. She solves problems, shows kindness and understanding. She never loses control even when I do. This past year has been hell for us and Karen is the only reason we made it through. Every time I come to her for help she has been there for us and I can never thank her enough for all that she has done to help us through this past year. She is beyond extraordinary.
