Ms. Karen Ellison, RN Liaison, made my last day here tolerable. All week I was dying for a Dunkin coffee. But Karen showed up this afternoon and said she'd be happy to get me one. It was flavored just my way and tasted so good. Once again, I felt like just someone cared enough.
I also informed her that since I was in so many rooms in 7 days that they had lost my cane after checking all over. She brought me a new black one. So very thoughtful and so very kind. An angel indeed.
