Karen displays all of the qualities a good nurse should have. She shows real concern for all of her patients. On our first visit we were longer than usual and in danger of missing my husband's surgeon's appointment. Karen suggested that we have the doctor office fax the required forms here so that we could have them filled out prior to arrival and not have to reschedule his appointment. That meant a lot to us. I wish there were more like her.
