My 91-year-old mother was admitted to 4 North. We knew she wouldn't make it. Karen was very kind, loving and patient with my mom. She also helped me get through this very difficult time. If I or my mom needed her, she came on the run, always had a smile and kind word. Please tell her "Thank You" from me and my family.
