Karen is so special because she was very kind and helpful to me and my mom at our visit. This was her very first time meeting us and she was very nice and helpful to us. She also referred us to a place that may help me and my mom. She also motivated me on my upcoming last year in high school. It meant a lot to me that she was very kind because not all people that you meet for the first time are helpful.
