Karen was very compassionate to my husband and also to me as the patient's concerned wife. My husband had a pacemaker put in and there were wires going underneath him. He didn't understand what was going on, but Karen took her time and explained everything to us. She was very patient and caring while she talked to my husband. She was able to clean him up with modesty and was very efficient all the while she was teaching a student nurse and taking care of other patients.
