Ms. Karen Baris is the most efficient, effective medical provider I’ve ever met. She literally saved my life. I have a rare condition called pyoderma gangrenosum, affecting 10 out of 1 million people. Very little is known about this condition. And very few people know how to treat it. I have been going to the emergency department and dermatology for many months with much suffering. I had open wounds in my groin. Finally, a dermatologist I’d never seen recommended a referral to the wound clinic, where I met Karen. She determined the diagnosis and began treatment. My condition has improved significantly since then. I am so grateful for the amazing care she has provided.
