Karen Juarez, RN

Karen came to check on me at about 10:00 PM and saw me crying. She showed genuine concern and compassion. I was missing my hubby and our 10:15 PM tea time. At 10:15 to 10:25, she brought me a cup of tea. What is golden about Karen is her compassion. She cares as if you are her own mom, and no request is a burden. She never said any request “was not her job.”
