You are fortunate to have Karen! My stay has been challenging. Karen knew today would be a big day for me since I was going to court and that I miss my dog terribly! Karen is awesome! She knew I liked Beatrix Potter and wore a very special Beatrix Potter pin just for me and shared a personal story of the history of the behind the pin. She was also very forgiving of very harsh and rude treatment by me, still wearing the pin with me in mind before I had even apologized for mistreating her so rudely. She is compassionate, respectful and looks for common ground which is essential for building meaningful relationships to aid in the healing process. Karen has integrity and is a real person I can relate to. She is approachable like Jesus was. Please give her the DAISY award. She is worthy of it as anyone is.
