Karen Kratzer, RN

Karen goes above and beyond for patients and staff every day. She always has a smile on her face no matter what is going on around her. Karen always comes in with a plan for how the day will go, and has everything worked out and ready to treat our patients. She just makes the day flow with ease. She definitely makes a difference in our patients' lives and teammates' lives. She has the biggest heart, we had a teammate battling breast cancer and karen orchestrated a huge yard sale and we raised a good bit of money for the teammate.
