Ms. Krupa is a team leader and great role model to me as a nursing student. During my rotation, I was hesitant and intimidated to ask any nurse at the station a question, but Ms. Krupa read my facial expression and told me if I had anything to ask, "don't hesitate". She answered all my questions and even showed me different clinical experiences in the NICU. She gave me confidence and inspirited me to keep pushing through and never doubt myself. She has so much intelligence and experience, yet she's still humble and willing to share her knowledge with us young "nurslings".
