I had an appointment for a Cardiac Stress test. That morning before arrival I felt a bit unstable, my abdomen with growls and cramps. Part way through the testing I had an uncontrolled sudden urge to have a BM. Despite making it to the bathroom on time I had a huge mess there. Karen was immediately helpful in getting me cleaned up and helped secure my soiled clothing in plastic bags and facilitated my being able to complete the stress test. Her help to me felt as though she were helping a member of her family. Many thanks and kudos for Karen Peters.
