Karen M Estrada, RN

Karen’s nomination states all the nurses have been fantastic and wonderful but Karen has really set the standard and set herself above others. She always has a smile. She answers and responds to all questions with compassion, concern, and explanation. The family appreciated her for her compassionate care. She eludes an aurora of care, confidence, kindness, and experience. Karen has a wonderful bedside manner and demeanor. The patient had no less than 6 sticks to keep an IV line in her arm. After several other nurses were unable to successfully place the IV line Karen hit the sweet spot. It stayed in place with no issues. Karen is the standard all nurses should strive to follow in their professional lives.
