Karen M Penaloza Gonzalez, RN

Karen has tended to my father twice in ICU in the past 6 months. She is caring and is devoted to providing the care her patients need. She went above and beyond while caring for my dad who suffered from a COPD exacerbation and an appendix rupture. I know that because of her compassion and dedication, my father is still here with us. Not only was she amazing with the care she provided my father but also myself and my sisters while we spent time there.
