Karen was my nurse for my first chemo ever. I was nervous about the whole process, but she walked me through every step with patience and integrity. She made me feel like I was her only patient even though I knew she was caring for several others. The time she spent with me explaining the process, things I need to look out for when I'm at home and when to come to the emergency room was excellent. She was so respectful of me during a time when I was so scared and wasn't sure what my life going forward would look like.
