From the time I got to L&D for an emergency c section Karen Maher was all smiles and very informative and knowledgeable to me. She was so comforting and honest I didn’t want her to leave my side and she didn’t, not one time! When I was anxious or upset she would assure me I was in the right hands and comfort me and made me extremely comfortable and confident in having my very first c section. My experience with this was beautiful because of her and the way she was there for me. I really hope everyone gets to have Karen as their nurse because I really couldn't have done this without her support and continuous care. She deserves to be heard about and feel special as she made me feel this was from start to finish. Thank you Karen, you are the definition of a nurse!
