Karen answered all of our questions. She took special consideration and time with my daughter. She went above and beyond in helping with Social Services and getting everything we needed. Being a new mom and first-time mom at that, she was very patient and kind. She explained everything with my daughter's care in verbiage I could understand. She never made me feel ashamed or blamed me because I had the misfortune to have a baby born with NAS. She made me feel proud of how far I'd come and never made me feel less of a person. She is a true joy to have around and I feel blessed to have her taking care of my daughter. The NICU nurses here have amazing compassion. Thank you.
