Karen McKelvy, RN

I came to the hospital in active labor. I was greeted and triaged by the sweetest Nurse, Karen McKelvy, in labor and delivery. She did everything she could to calm everyone down, made me comfortable, and gathered staff to deliver the baby as everything was going so quickly! The baby arrived safely, thanks to nurse Karen and her quick action. She continued to go above and beyond during my stay. Nurse Karen is truly a blessing; any mom-to-be would be lucky to have her as their nurse! After we made it home, we received a card from the hospital with all of my nurses who had helped us during our stay. After reading the card, even my husband felt touched because she remembered his name, which just showed us that she was very caring and attentive to us both!
