I had met Karen briefly when expecting my first child but then got to have her actually support me to deliver my second. She was kind, caring, gentle, and understanding in the face of my anxiety, and quick to act in ensuring my pain was managed. She was so encouraging and made me feel like I could cope when I felt too weak, by her words and her manner. Both my partner and I felt at ease with her and her student and can't thank her enough for all she did to bring our 2nd little man safely into our arms.
