Karen exceeds confidence. She demonstrated her maturity as a no-nonsense critical thinker with expert nursing skills. The unit was full and very demanding of her time. I was impressed with her leadership and organizational skills. A great flexible multitasker, quick to establish rapport, and made me feel safe and included as part of the team. I appreciated her authenticity and staying true to her values. As a retired nurse with 45 years of nursing experience, I saw Karen as the nursing professional that will go far. It is her calling, not just a job. I felt safe, and in good hands, and glad I had Karen taking care of me.
