I would like to commend your outstanding nurse, Karen Olsen. I was under her care for several days last week. She showed me the highest degree of nursing care. It didn't matter how many times she had to abandon her work to help me, always showing compassion, good humor, patience and the highest skills. I was discharged on New Years Eve and ran into a problem at home that left me flustered, upset and worried. My solution was to call Karen, and I was right. She solved the problem and even called us at 9pm, long after she was off duty, to be sure that everything was satisfactory. Remember, this was New Years Eve! I can't begin to tell you how much my husband and I appreciate her devotion to her profession, and through that, her care for me.
