I would like to thank nurse Karen Perez because she always showed care and attention to detail. She always showed me respect caring and professionalism. I was never mistreated or discriminated against due to my language barrier. After all, I am 86-years-old. I get along with my doctors and doctors also liked Karen because she was discreet with my condition. Overall, she deserves recognition for what she does for patients like me. If I feel better after my heart surgery, I would like to join her if she receives recognition for the excellent care she provided to me.
