“Karen took the time to listen to what I was saying. She showed great compassion and understanding and immediately sensed I had other needs that I was too shy to verbalize.
She made sure I was very comfortable in my room going so far as to get me headphones to drown out the noise from the other TV in the room and getting me a box lunch once she realized I hadn’t eaten in over 9 hours. She made sure to introduce me to anyone new who entered the room and overall she made me feel welcome and at ease. She is a merit to her profession.”
